What services does PulsePoint Media Atelier offer?

We provide professional podcast and video studio rentals with three uniquely designed studios: The Comfort Zone Studio (1-2 people), The Round Table Hub (2-4 people), and The High Bar Studio (1-2 people). All studios include green screen capabilities, professional lighting, dedicated engineer support, and live streaming options. We also offer mobile podcast services, professional video editing, and digital products.

Is payment required to reserve a session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all sessions are by appointment only. To secure your preferred time slot, we require booking with payment at least 48 hours in advance - if you need same-day delivery of edited files you must add to your booking reservation a Rush Processing from the Additional Services page.  This ensures we can properly prepare your studio setup and have your dedicated engineer ready for your session. Sessions are available in 90, or 120-minute blocks.

What are your operating hours?

Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Sunday: Closed.

Sessions are by appointment only.

What equipment is included?

All studios come fully equipped with professional cameras, microphones, lighting, green screen, TV displays, high-speed WiFi, and a dedicated engineer. We also provide complimentary disposable earbuds if you don't have your own.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Certainly! While our studios are fully equipped, you're welcome to bring additional equipment. We recommend sending us any logos, videos, or images you'd like incorporated 48 hours before your session.

Yes! We have high-speed internet capable of streaming to any platform. Just log into your preferred platform before the session begins.

What's included in post-production?

Depending on your package, post-production may include professional editing, social media reels, thumbnails, intro/outro integration, captions, and branding elements. Each session's package determines how many episodes are included; additional episodes are billed per our session guidelines above.

How many episodes can I record in one session?

Our packages are priced one episode per session — regardless of package.Raw-Files Sessions (No Editing)•     Included: may record up to 2 episodes per 90-minute session.•     Additional episodes beyond 2: $30 per episode in basic processing.Fully Edited Sessions•     Included: 1 fully edited episode per 90-minute session.•     Additional edited episodes/segments beyond 1: $60 per segment.

Can I get the raw files?

Yes, you can receive individual files by providing an SSD. Please note that we do not keep client files permanently - we store them in our cloud for a maximum of 7 days as a backup in case you lose or damage any delivered files. On day 8, all files are automatically deleted from our cloud for privacy and storage management purposes.

What's your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Cancellations:
Full refund with 48-hour notice
50% refund with 24-hour notice
No refund with less than 24-hour notice

Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost when requested at least 24 hours in advance. We recommend rescheduling if you're experiencing technical issues, illness, or any situation that might affect the quality of your recording session.
