PulsePoint Media Atelier provides studio rental services tailored for podcasters, content creators, professional interviews, and presentations. Our studios come fully equipped with professional-grade equipment and include a dedicated engineer. We also offer Logo/Branding design services to help you establishing the visual identity of your podcast.
Yes, to secure your session, we kindly ask that you pre-book in advance. Sessions are scheduled in standard blocks of 90 minutes.
You may reschedule or cancel your pre-booked session. Please refer to the cancellation policy outlined below.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your pre-booked session according to the following guidelines:
- A full refund will be provided with a 48-hour notice.
- A 50% refund of the booking value requires a 24-hour notice.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will not be refunded.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. The last booking slot available is at 5:00 pm on weekdays and 3:00 pm on weekends.
A preliminary video featuring live cuts will be provided immediately after the recording concludes.
Depending on the type of session booked (Gold or Platinum), the additional editing or social media snippets can be made available within 72 hours after the session has ended.
The 'live' cut will satisfy most needs. Depending on the type of session booked (Gold or Platinum) refinement of your podcast through editing is included (please refer to the package detail).
The Bronze type of session is limited to Live Cuts but if editing is desired there are individual services for the type of editing needed.
No, you will receive a live edited and ready-to-go version of your podcast. If you require the raw files, please refer to the question below.
No. Our professional equipment can record each camera and microphone separately, enabling detailed editing capabilities if required.
You can receive all individual files by providing a SSD compatible with our Blackmagic Design system. Check list of compatible drives https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/support/faq/59032
Additionally, for your convenience, and upon request, all individual files will be saved in our cloud for a period of 30 days should you require a copy if your files get damaged or lost.
Absolutely! We have high-speed internet capable of streaming to any platform. To live stream, you will need to log in into your platform of choice ahead of the session.
Certainly, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. However, our studios are fully equipped with everything necessary for a professional recording.
Additionally, if you required any element to be incorporated or shared during your session such as logos, videos, images, etc., we do recommend sending us those 48 hours prior your session.
