Yes, all sessions are by appointment only. To secure your preferred time slot, we require booking with payment at least 48 hours in advance - if you need same-day delivery of edited files you must add to your booking reservation a Rush Processing from the Additional Services page. This ensures we can properly prepare your studio setup and have your dedicated engineer ready for your session. Sessions are available in 90, or 120-minute blocks.

Yes, you can receive individual files by providing an SSD. Please note that we do not keep client files permanently - we store them in our cloud for a maximum of 7 days as a backup in case you lose or damage any delivered files. On day 8, all files are automatically deleted from our cloud for privacy and storage management purposes.
